- 2 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/4 cup vegan butter melted
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- Filling: .
- 6 Tangarine
- 1 cup sugar
- 50 gr vegan butter

Instructies
- Preheat the oven to 180C
- Put al the dry ingredients together into a bowl and mix it.
- Put in the melted butter and the buttermilk and mix again.
- Place the dough into the refegerator to cool down a bit.
- Filling:
- Take a heat resistant pan you can use also for the oven.
- Put the sugar together with the butter into the pan and let it melt.
- PLEASE be careful becouse sugar is really hot!!
- When the butter is melted and the sugar turns brown you can put in the mango. You can make any shape you like.
- Take your dough out of the refegerator and rol out till the size of your pan.
- Place your dough over the mixture and put in into the oven for 30 min. Make 2 or 3 small slices into the dough for air to come out while baking.
- When done place a plate onto of the cake and turn it around so the top will become the bottom.
- The sugar is still hot so be careful.
