Put al the crust ingredients together into a bowl and mix it.
Place the dough into the refegerator to cool down a bit.
Before use knead the dough.
Place you dough into the pie form.
Place a sheet of baking paper on top of the dough
Take you baking pearls and ut them in
*Don't have does? use dried chickpeas or dried white beans. Just something thats heavy and can take the heat of the oven!
Put the form in to the oven for 35 min
Take of the pearls and baking paper and leave the pie for 5/10 min in the oven.
Take the pie out of the oven and let it cool down.
Put the strawberry soja into a pan and place it on the heat
Take the heavy creme and whip it until it becomes whipped creme.
Put the agar agar into the strawberry soja and stir so there are no lumps.
Add the sugar and stir until it is dissoved
Take of the heat and put a spoon of whipped creme into the mixture and stir
Take the mixture and mix it with the rest of the whipped creme.
Put the strawberry mixture into the pie form and let it cool down in the refrigerator.
Take the strawberrys and cut the top off
Cut the strawberry in little slices so you can place them perfect when decorating the pie.
Put hem aside
Put the water into a pan and heat it up.
Put the foodcolour in and the sugar.
Stir until metled
Put the agar agar in and stir
Take of the heat and let it cool down a bit.
Take the pie out of the refrigerator and decorate with the strawberries.
Pour the colour water over the pie and place in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
