Saoto soup
  1. Take a pan and place it on the heat.
  2. Cut the garlic and fry until glassy.
  3. Pour in the water with the stock cubes.
  4. Cut the onion in big pieces and put them into the soup.
  5. Put the rest of the ingredients into the soup and let it simmer for 1 hour.
  6. When you are going to use the broth, sieve it first!
  7. Now you can add all you like: Greens, pasta, use it for sauce.
  8. Filling:
  9. Cut the spring onion, cellery and any other veggie you like.
  10. Put the soup broth into a bowl and place the filling on top. Just how much you like.
