Saoto soup

Ingrediënten
- Basic .
- 3 L water
- 4 cm laos 1tbsp grounded
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 onion
- 1 twig sereh lemongrass
- 1 salam leaf
- 3 stock cubes
- 1 tsp pepper
- Filling: .
- 3 twigs of cellery
- spring onion
- baked onions
- saoto soup mix
- bean sprouts

Instructies
- Take a pan and place it on the heat.
- Cut the garlic and fry until glassy.
- Pour in the water with the stock cubes.
- Cut the onion in big pieces and put them into the soup.
- Put the rest of the ingredients into the soup and let it simmer for 1 hour.
- When you are going to use the broth, sieve it first!
- Now you can add all you like: Greens, pasta, use it for sauce.
- Filling:
- Cut the spring onion, cellery and any other veggie you like.
- Put the soup broth into a bowl and place the filling on top. Just how much you like.
