Instructies
  1. Preheat the oven on 220C
  2. Soak the raisins and put them a side.
  3. Sieve the flour into a bowl and make a hole in the middel.
  4. Put the yeast a tsp of sugar and the lukewarm milk in the middel.
  5. When stirring the yeast, sugar and milk, take bit by bit some flour from the side. Stir until you can make a bal out of the dough.
  6. Cover the bowl with a warm towl and place it on a warm spot to rise for 20 min.
  7. Put the rest of the ingredients into the bowl and mix it until the dough no longer sticks to the sides.
  8. Cover the bowl with a warm towl and place it on a warm spot to rise for 30 min.
  9. Grease your baking tray with butter.
  10. Rol out your dough and place it on to the baking tray.
  11. Cover again with a towl and let it rise for 30 min.
  12. Cut the sukade into smal pieces. Take your raisins out of the water and mix the with the sukade.
  13. Place the sukade an raisins on your dough in the baking tray.
  14. Make the top:
  15. Mix all the ingredients and make a crumble.
  16. Put the crumbles over the plaatkoek and spread it out.
  17. Put the plaatkoek into the oven and bake for 30 min
  18. * I always take a long piece of silver foil and put it along the side so the crumbles don't roll of the dough.
