No bake chocolate mousse cake

- 2 cups dates with out pit
- 1 cup nuts I used mixed
- 1/2 cup grated coconut
- Filling: .
- 250 ml vegan heavy cream I used alpro soya cuisine
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate melted
- * 2 tbsp liquide sweetener maple syrup
- 1 tsp agar-agar
- Top .
- fresh berries

Instructies
- Put the dates into a bendes and make smooth paste * if there are a few small pieces left of the dates it's no problem.
- Grate the nuts
- Mix the nuts and the coconut together
- Put it together with the date paste and mix.
- Place the crust into a baking pan and spread it out until you completely coffered every side. Let it rest when done.
- Mix the heavy cream will it becomes whipped cream.
- Melt the chocolate in a pan.
- Put the agar-agar into the chocolate and stir.
- Pour the chocolate into the bowl with whipped cream en stir.
- Pour the chocolate cream over into the baking form and let it rest for 1/2 hours.
- Decorate with fresh fruits and mint leaves.
