Instructies
  1. Preheat the oven to 180C
  2. Put al the dry ingredients together into a bowl and mix it.
  3. Put in the melted butter and the buttermilk and mix again.
  4. Place the dough into the refegerator to cool down a bit.
  5. Filling:
  6. Crush the nuts
  7. Put the sweetener and the sugar in a pan and heat it up.
  8. Keep stirring
  9. Add the cream and let it cook a bit. ( When you add the creme to the mixture it begins to boil and comes a bit up, be careful and keep stirring)
  10. Add the nuts and the Kirsch and take it off the heat. Let it cool down a bit.
  11. Take your pie form and grease the sides with butter and flour
  12. Take out the crust and roll it out.
  13. Cover the sides of the pie form with the crust and put the nuts mixture in.
  14. Put the pie into the oven for 30 min.
  15. Please be careful, sugar stays hot until it is cooled down!
