Instructies
  1. Preheat the oven on 200C
  2. Put al the crust ingredients into a bowl and mix till a smooth batter.
  3. Make a ball and put it into the refrigerator
  4. Filling:
  5. Crush the walnuts
  6. Put the sweetener and the sugar in a pan and heat it up.
  7. Keep stirring
  8. Add the creme and let it cook a bit. ( When you add the creme to the mixture it begins to boil and comes a bit up, be careful and keep stirring)
  9. Add the walnuts and the Kirsch and take it off the heat. Let it cool down a bit.
  10. Take your pie form and grease the sides with butter and flour
  11. Take out the crust and roll it out.
  12. Cover the sides of the pie form with the crust and put the walnut mixture in.
  13. Put the pie into the oven for 30 min.
  14. Please be careful, sugar stays hot until it is cooled down!
