Coconut pancakes

Ingrediënten
- Pancake .
- 200 ml coconut cream
- 6 drops green colour
- 2 egg replacement * can use without
- 150 gr all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Filling .
- 5 tbsp sugar White or brown the filling colour also becomes white or brown then. *I used coconut sugar
- 100 ml water
- 100 gr grinded coconut

Instructies
- Filling:
- Put the sugar together with the water into a pan and place it onto the heat. Let the sugar dissolve.
- Put the grinded coconut in and mix.
- When there is no moister you can take the pan off the heat and let it cool down.
- Pancake:
- Put the green drops in the coconut cream and mix.
- Mix all the dry ingredients together and pour in the green coconut cream.
- Mix the batter. It has to become a slightly thin batter because the pancake has to be thin like a crape. * when it's too thick add a bit of water. * when it's too thin add a bit of flour.
- Place a pan on the heat. Put some vegan butter in and start with your first thin pancake.
- The pancake is not turning brown. When the pancake is no longer wet, you can turn it to the other side.
- Keep on doing this until you'r out of batter.
- Making:
- Put a pancake on a flat surface.
- Take a spoon off the filling and place it at the bottom.
- Take the bottom of the pancake and fold it over the filling.
- Take the sides and fold it to the center.
- Rol the pancake up.
- Done.
