  1. Pre heat the oven on 180C
  2. Crust:
  3. Put all the ingredients of the crust in a mixer and mix until it becomes a batter.
  4. Places in the refrigerator until you need it.
  5. Filling:
  6. Remove the skin of the apples and slices them into small parts.
  7. Put the butter into a pan and heat it up.
  8. When melted put the sugar, cinnamon and the apples in the pan and stir.
  9. Let it simmer.
  10. Add the cornstarch and stir until combine.
  11. The apple mixture should not be to wet, it has to be syrupy.
  12. Take your dough out of the refrigerator and let it get to room temperature.
  13. Roll out the dough and place it into the pie form.
  14. Put a bit of cornstarch on the bottom to prevent the it will be to moist.
  15. Place the apple mixture into the pie form and top it off with the left over dough.
  16. Put a bit of milk over the dough so it will turn brown in the oven.
  17. Place the pie into the oven for 40 min.
