Instructies
  1. Preheat the oven on 200C
  2. Sieve the flour, make a hole in the flour and put the yeast in it
  3. Put a tsp of sugar and a bit of the lake milk in and mix in together
  4. Place the dough at a warm spot and let it rise for 15 min
  5. Add the rest of the dough ingredients to it and mix it. Keep mixing till there are air bubble in the dough and it don't stick to the sides of the bowl.
  6. Let it rise for 30 min
  7. Roll out the dough until it's 1 cm thick
  8. Cut squares of 7x7cm and put on echo a tbsp of plum sauce
  9. Take the edges of one square and stock them together until the plum sauce isn't visible anymore or does't run out
  10. Put the packages with the opening down into the cake pan.
  11. When al in, cover the pan with a towel and leave it for another 30 min rest
  12. Pour over the 50gr melted butter and place into the oven for 25 min
Notities

Tip:

  • serve hot with powdered sugar or warm vanilla sauce!
  • Only the top will turn brown, the sides will stay light!
