- 2 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/4 cup vegan butter melted
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- Filling: .
- 4 cups blueberries
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup sugar * option is to replace 1/2 cup with brown sugar
- 4 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp vegan butter melted

Instructies
- Preheat the oven to 180C
- Put al the dry ingredients together into a bowl and mix it.
- Put in the melted butter and the buttermilk and mix again.
- Place the dough into the refegerator to cool down a bit.
- Before use knead the dough.
- Filling:
- Put all the ingredients together and mix in a bowl.
- Take a pan and put the dough in
- Place the blueberry mixture in.
- Left over dough? put it ontop!!
- Place in the oven fr about 40 min.
